I studied History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge (MPhil, Hughes Hall).

Early in my career, I was asked by investors to co-found companies emerging from distressed situations. Since then, I have worked primarily with entrepreneurs and companies in situations requiring strategic repositioning or restructuring.

In my last assignment as CEO, I executed a reverse merger, brought the resulting holding to the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and turned it into a fully operational company. Its market capitalisation increased more than tenfold within less than three years.

From 2020 to 2026, I was active as an angel investor and served as chairman of Baltic Business Angels Schleswig-Holstein, working with founders, angels, and venture capital funds across Germany and Europe.
