About
I studied History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge (MPhil, Hughes Hall). The analytical approach developed there continues to shape the way I assess complex business situations and strategic decisions.
Throughout my career, I have worked with entrepreneurs, investors and companies at moments when important decisions shaped the future of a business. Early in my career, I was asked by investors to co-found companies emerging from distressed situations and lead them back into their own market or guide them towards new ones. Since then, I have worked with entrepreneurs, investors and companies on strategic transitions, restructurings and investment-related challenges.
In my last assignment as CEO, I executed a reverse merger, brought the resulting holding to the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and developed it into a fully operational listed company. During my tenure, its market capitalisation increased more than tenfold within less than three years.
From 2017 to 2026, I was active as an angel investor. Between 2020 and 2026, I served as Chairman of Baltic Business Angels Schleswig-Holstein, working with founders, angel investors and venture capital funds across Germany and Europe.
Today, I advise entrepreneurs, investors and companies on significant investment decisions, ownership matters and strategic questions around their holdings, drawing on first-hand experience as a founder, investor, board member and long-standing advisor.
